Michele Raynor and Jennifer Morton own and operate Skyline Realty Group as they apply decades of combined experience to the real estate industry. Their well-rounded partnership unites expertise in building, lending, buying, and selling, and their deep connection to the surrounding areas they serve offers their clients a true understanding of their buying and selling needs in Eastern North Carolina.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, NC, Michele is deeply rooted in the coastal community she proudly serves. What began in 2004 as a flexible career that allowed her to be present for her two boys—Chandler, a UNC graduate, and Chase, a student at Appalachian State—has grown into a true calling shaped by nearly two decades of experience and leadership.
A true Jill-of-all-trades, Michele has worked across multiple facets of real estate, lending, and served on various committees over the years advocating for homeowners & strengthening the future of North Carolina’s real estate. Her background includes roles as a real estate office manager, closing coordinator, licensed mortgage broker, REALTOR®, Broker-in-Charge, and owner.
Michele’s diverse experience perfectly complements her business partner Jennifer’s extensive history in local building—together forming a well-rounded, highly knowledgeable team committed to serving clients with integrity and expertise.
Whether she’s helping families discover their ideal home or caring for the occasional stray cat that finds its way to her porch, Michele approaches life with heart, humor, and purpose. She believes that understanding a client’s “why” is key to helping them feel supported and empowered throughout their journey.

A Jacksonville, NC native deeply connected to the coastal community, Jennifer has dedicated her career to building exceptional homes in the area she loves. For over twelve years, she has owned and led Horizons East Building Company, voted the Number One Builder in the Jacksonville Official Community Choice Best of the Best Awards for 2018, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
As a licensed Unlimited General Contractor, Jennifer progressed from hands-on site work and framing to constructing homes, upper management, and now owning a successful company with an outstanding team. Her expertise spans every phase of construction, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
Jennifer’s deep knowledge in local development and custom building perfectly complements her business partner Michele’s real estate and lending experience—forming a balanced, expert team committed to integrity and excellence.
Specializing in custom and semi-custom dream homes, Jennifer prioritizes each client’s vision for a smooth, enjoyable journey from concept to completion, turning houses into cherished homes.

Angela joined Skyline Realty Group with a heartfelt desire to make a meaningful difference in one of life’s most significant moments—finding home. Originally from California, she and her husband, along with their beloved pets, relocated to Jacksonville, NC in 2021. What they expected to be a brief stay quickly became the place they proudly call home, thanks to the welcoming community, coastal charm, and easy access to both ocean and mountain views.
With more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, Angela has built a career grounded in compassion, integrity, and service. She now brings those same qualities to real estate, guiding her clients with patience, understanding, and genuine care throughout the buying and selling process.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys time with family, attending her church, reading, biking, and tending to her garden. She is a valued and enthusiastic member of the Skyline team, dedicated to helping clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.
As Skyline Realty Group’s Administrative Assistant, Mary is often the first friendly voice or face clients encounter. A Sneads Ferry native, she grew up experiencing the charm of coastal North Carolina—from the days of Treasure Island to grabbing shrimp straight from the Shrimp Lady’s truck.
After several military relocations to California and Oklahoma, Mary returned home with her husband, their three daughters, and two energetic dogs. Whether she’s gardening, spending time on the water, or assisting clients in the office, Mary brings warmth, efficiency, and heart to each day.
Her favorite part of her work is meeting new people and watching their selections and plans come to life. She carries with her the reminder: “What if you woke up tomorrow with only what you thanked God for today?”
Stefani is the creative mind behind Skyline Realty Group’s marketing and administrative efforts, bringing a thoughtful, people-first approach to every project. Originally from southeast Georgia, she combines creativity, organization, and a strong sense of community to support the Skyline brand and team.
Now based in coastal North Carolina, Stefani and her fiancé call Camp Lejeune home, where they enjoy life along side their German Shorthaired Pointer, Gray & pekingese pup- Ellie. She’s embraced the coastal lifestyle—spending time on the water, exploring local restaurants, and staying connected to the community she serves.
Her favorite part of her role is building meaningful relationships within the community and translating those connections into strategic, engaging marketing that reflects the heart of the area.
